NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls a local law amending Chapter 190 – Signs; Changes to Section 190-104 Political Signs, Section 190-107 Temporary Signs and changing references to Industrial Park to Light Industrial.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:30 PM on February 20, 12, at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed local law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

The Village of Honeoye Falls is offering for sale by sealed Bid a 2001 John Deere riding mower. Model 325, 18HP, 48” deck, Hydro-Static w/500 hours. Sealed bids must be received at the Village Office at 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls by 3:00 PM on Monday, February 6, 2012.
The Village of Honeoye reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
