Local Law # 5 of 2010
Retirement Incentive Part A
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on July 19, 2010, a local law which is proposed to establish a retirement incentive whereby eligible employees will receive one month of additional service for each year of service up to 36 years. Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the Resolution at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:30 PM on August 16, 2010 at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed resolution can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

Retirement Incentive Part B
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on July 19, 2010, a local law which is proposed to establish a retirement incentive whereby eligible employees who attain the age of 55 with 25 years of service to retire without penalty. Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the Resolution at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:45 PM on August 16, 2010 at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed resolution can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

Applicant: Vassco Vending is requesting Site Plan approval for Change of Use for their property located at 12 W. Main Street, bearing Tax Account No. 228.43-1-26.
Applicant: Three Flags Inn is requesting Site Plan approval to renovate vacant restaurant on their property located at 60 West Main Street bearing Tax Account Nos. 228.11-1-44, 228.11-1-55.
