VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls a local law #2 to override the tax levy limit of 2% established in General Municipal Law §3-c when establishing the tax levy for the 2024/2025 Village tax levy.

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York on December 18, 2023 at 7:30pm at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed local law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.
