VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADDENDUM
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented and received by the Comprehension Plan update Committee, an update to the 2014 Village Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan is intended to serve as the foundation upon which future planning and policy decisions within the Village are to be based.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee of the Village of Honeoye Falls shall hold a Public Hearing on the update to the Comprehensive Plan at the Mendon Community Center, November 16, 2021, 167 North Main St, Honeoye Falls at 7pm. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide full opportunity for citizen participation in the preparation of such proposed plan. At the Public Hearing all persons interested in commenting upon the update to the Comprehensive Plan shall be heard. The proposed update to the Comprehensive Plan may be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office at 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472, or on the Village website at www.villageofhoneoyefalls.org.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls a local law #5 to override the tax levy limit of 2% established in General Municipal Law §3-c when establishing the tax levy for the 2022/2023 Village Taxes.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:30 PM on November 15, 2021 at which time all persons interested will be heard. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on October 18, 2021, a local law which is proposed to decrease the deck permit fee to $65.00, the shed permit fee to $50.00, the fence permit fee to $40.00 and the above ground pool fee to $40.00, inground pools $100.00.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Honeoye Falls proposes to appropriate the sum of $37,500.00 (thirty-seven thousand, five hundred dollars and no cents) from the Sewer Plant Reserve Fund (G0231P) for the purpose of installing a Wastewater Treatment Plant Automation upgrade (SCADA).

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls a local law to allow the Village of Honeoye Falls to adhere to competitive bidding under General Municipal Law § 103 on the basis of "best value," as defined in § 163 of the New York State Finance Law. The purpose and intent of this law is to allow the Village to exercise and implement this bidding option.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing to allow “best value “ option in the competitive bidding process at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:30 PM on May 17, 2021 at which time all persons interested will be heard.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT I, the undersigned Clerk of the Village of Honeoye Falls, New York have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year, 2021-2022. I will attend at the Village Office, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York from June 1, 2021 to July 1, 2021, inclusive during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving such taxes during which period taxes may be paid to me without additional charge.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT on all such taxes remaining unpaid after July 1, 2021 interest of five percent (5%) will be added for the month of July and an additional percentage will be added for each month and fraction thereof thereafter until paid.
